In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kcmtix", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the kcmtix platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at https://kcmtix.cam and all associated services, applications, tools, and content offered therein.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the kcmtix registration process.
• "Services" refers collectively to all sports betting, casino games, lottery products (including togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer games, promotional offers, and any other gambling-related activities offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

Access to and use of the kcmtix Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit access to minors. We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.

• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by kcmtix for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of kcmtix Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. kcmtix reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If kcmtix discovers duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be closed immediately, all balances (including real money deposits and winnings) may be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kcmtix will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify kcmtix immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to your first withdrawal, and at any time kcmtix deems necessary thereafter, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process. This requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear, color copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• A recent bank statement or utility bill (issued within the last 3 months) confirming your current address.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank account detail matching the account name).

kcmtix reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

4.1 Deposits

kcmtix accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your kcmtix account. kcmtix does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified bank account in your registered name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours for e-wallets and 2 to 6 hours for bank transfers, subject to banking system availability.
• kcmtix reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi) may experience delays of up to 48 hours.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the kcmtix Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kcmtix does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kcmtix bears no responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, kcmtix offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Each Player may claim a welcome bonus or sign-up offer only once. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Free spins winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a 20x wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.
• kcmtix reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, amend its terms, or limit eligibility to specific Player segments without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

kcmtix maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or matched bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, and colluding with other Players to generate artificial wagering activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, kcmtix will void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the offending account(s), and may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

5.3 Promotional Seasonal Offers

kcmtix periodically offers seasonal promotions coinciding with major Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer and remain valid only for the stated promotional period.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on kcmtix are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market, as published within the Platform's betting rules section. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, the kcmtix rules shall be the final authority. Key general provisions include:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" or "live" bets) are accepted at the discretion of kcmtix and may be void if placed after a relevant event outcome (e.g., a goal in football) has occurred but before our systems have updated the odds.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full payout to be awarded. If one or more legs are void, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid legs.
• Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets are settled according to the final score including any injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Minimum single bet is Rp 5,000. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

• Attempting to access any other Player's account or any area of the Platform for which you are not authorized.

• Providing false personal or financial information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location or circumvent IP-based restrictions.

All content on the kcmtix Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kcmtix or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from kcmtix.

kcmtix's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kcmtix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account). A Rp 10,000 monthly maintenance fee may be applied to dormant accounts after this period until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests under our Responsible Gaming program.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a Player's own breach, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
